Plastics Processing

Our advanced technologies for plastics processing brings about freedom in material selection, realization of complex design and quality of the final products.

Injection Molding

Injection molding is used to efficiently manufacture high-quality plastic parts in large volume. Tools are tailor-made to meet individual requirements. The process lends itself to a large material choice. The pressed plastic within the molds allows for a large amount of detail to be imprinted onto the part and for complex or intricate shapes to be manufactured.

Vacuum Casting

Different parts can be integrated to produce complex multi-component workpieces on PU basis. The process results in high-quality parts comparable to injection-molded components. This makes vacuum casted models especially suitable for fit and function testing, marketing purposes or a series of final parts in limited quantities.

Thermoforming

The two most important advantages of this technology are low costs and exceptionally fast turnaround, making it best suited for low volume production of custom plastic products and also developing prototypes. With this technology, among other things, blister trays can be produced to protect electronic components from damage during transport or electrostatic discharge.
