Additive Manufacturing

Additive Manufacturing enables the development and optimization of any structure from the concept phase to the finished product. We are IATF 16949 certified supplier for automotive.

Selective Laser Melting (SLM)

Selective laser melting is a cost-effective process. Laser melting does not have to produce a single object, it is also possible to print directly onto an existing object. This hybrid production method represents a high potential for many industries. SLM also features parameter adjustment and material composition, which contributes to an extended material system.

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

The process is accurate to within .005 inches. The finished components can be used without reworking. FDM is one of the fastest choices in 3D printing. Production is set up on a computer in an easy-to-use application and is entirely controlled by the machine. FDM printer automatically scales parts down to size to fit inside a production space without losing accuracy.

Stereolithography (SLA)

Our SLA technology is suitable for highly complex parts with high accuracy and perfect surface. With SLA, parts can be built in a relatively short period of time since curing is fast, making it suitable for sample and development phase. SLA also offers the possibility of creating fixtures and fittings quickly and accurately.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

With SLS, complicated geometries can be brought about, which is nearly impossible to realize using conventional methods. This offers our customers a huge degree of design freedom. Also, SLS printing results in prints with very strong layer adhesion, ensuring virtually isotropic mechanical properties.

Digital Light Processing (DLP)

DLP technology ensures both speed and accuracy in producing parts with special materials. It offers high power intensities and the possibility to irradiate the entire printing platform at the same time. This makes DLP especially cost-efficient.
