Assembly Techniques & Surface Treatment

Our versatile assembly technology facilitates the realization of tailor-made solutions for your production, while surface treatment improves the wear and resilience of components across a wide range of industrial applications.

Force-/ Path-/ Gradient- Screwing

Our equipment can perform in a larger scale compared to other screwing methods. It is best suited when high accuracy is required, such as with the bolts in automobile engines and cylinder heads. Controlling and measuring gradient by computer further increase the reliability in the process.

Gluing and Dispensing

Our gluing and dispensing offer 2D- and 3D-solutions. 2D systems are particularly well suited to transmission housings, engine assemblies, and fuel pump assemblies. 3D vision leverages sensory technology to accurately determine glue bead location and volume.

Pressing

With our Path- and Force-controlled servo presses, we can connect different parts fast, accurate and without additional materials such as glue.

Sand- and Glass Bead Blasting

Glass bead blasting provides a wide range of finishes ranging from shinier finish, more conductive texture, or a heavy-duty cleaning. Sand blasting is suitable for both strong and delicate surfaces and can even be used on precision parts. Sand blasting is an effective method to maintain the integrity of metal products during surface treatment. Our state of the art machinery ensures reproducible results, suitable for series applications.

Plasma Cleaning/ -Activation

Plasma cleaning provides the optimal prerequisites for subsequent coating or gluing to generate a perfect surface tension. Plasma activation ensures especially efficient surface modification of a wide range of materials. Surface activation with plasma is especially effective when nonpolar materials must be treated. This method also enables the combination of different materials.

Laser Marking

Compared to some other procedures, laser marking causes no tool or material wear. The results are long-lasting and high contrast. Markings with lasers are always easily legible as well as chemically and thermally resistant.

Painting / Lacquering

Our painting process is the right surface treatment method for many types of metal. We use traditional paints to allow the application of a thicker coating. Lacquering forms a protective clear layer on metal surface, which eliminates the needs for polishing and cleaning.
