Connection Technology

We provide solutions for connection on a wide range of materials. No matter how complex your tasks, you can rely on our innovative connection technology.

3D Continuous Wave Laser Welding

The technology allows us to run continuous-wave laser welding up to 10 axes simultaneously. With this method, every single customer´s inquiry can be processed faster whether in prototype or in small series. Aside from speed, high accuracy can be realized. The resulting welded joints are in turn highly precise, reproducible and highly resilient.

Pulsed Laser Welding

Pulsed laser welding is recommended for use around heat sensitive components and very thin-walled materials. The technology works well with reflective metals like aluminum and copper due to the high amounts of energy delivered at the onset of the pulse.

MIG/ MAG Welding

MIG welding allows for the fast production of high-quality welds. The technology can be used to join a variety of metals and alloys. This is a fast welding process, generating lower heat on the surrounding material. MAG welding can be performed in all positions, making it one of the most widely versatile welding processes.

Resistance Welding

Resistance welding can join similar and different materials in one welded structure. The advantages of the method include efficient energy use, limited workpiece deformation, high production rates, easy automation, and no required filler materials. Resistance welding is well suited for series production.

Ultrasonic Metal Welding

During the process, the temperature stays well below the melting point of the involved metals thus preventing any unwanted properties or damaged surface finish. Some of other benefits of ultrasonic welding are low cycle times, automation, low capital costs, and flexibility.
