Metal Processing
With a diverse technology portfolio for metal processing, we ensure high production speed, quality and precision in the production of small and large series.
Die Casting
Die casting enables the production of components with high-corrosion- and weather resistance as well as good thermal conductivity, especially made out of aluminum. High surface quality and low roughness of the final products are another advantage of this process. Die casting benefits the most at medium to large manufacturing quantities.
Turning & Milling
With CNC, all the movements, speeds, and tooling changes into a computer can be programed. CNC thus allows for consistency and efficiency of high production runs. More complex and intricate operations are possible with the use of 5-axis CNC machines based on automatic pallet changing system.
The turning process is great for parts that require symmetry. Parts are typically produced faster and at a lower cost in this way. The process is best applied as a secondary process to an already machined workpiece to add features. It is best suited for short-run production parts, precision components, and prototype parts.
Wire EDM
This process is used for parts that are too difficult to machine with other methods. Wire Electrical Discharge Machining can produce complex geometries with a very high level of precision and excellent surface quality. With shorter processing times and less manual reworking, wire EDM technology enables economical production.
